Contact our Player Support team by clicking "Submit a Request" at the top of this page. Ensure to include your Player ID in the message so we can help you.
You can find your Player ID at the bottom of the Settings menu in the game by tapping on the settings icon in the bottom left corner of the main screen or at the bottom of the loading screen when starting the game.
You can also contact us in-game by pressing the support button within the settings menu!
To get to the settings menu, tap the button in the bottom left corner. It looks like three lines. You can see what the icon looks like in the image below.
Then you can tap on the blue support button.
Once you have tapped the support button, you will be taken to the support menu. You can tap the red x button if you want to exit this menu and return to the game. If you want to send us a message, just tap the get in touch button. If you need to see your past and current messages, tap on the support button. If you want to view any help articles, tap on the help center button.
You will see the image below when you tap the support button. You can see your past conversations here, including closed ones. Tapping get in touch will also allow you to create a new message.
You will see the image below when you tap the get in touch button. You can send us a message about any issues or questions you may have. You can also attach an image if you tap the paper clip icon. You will need to allow access to your device to send images.
